Due to high property values in a recent catastrophe-struck environment needing All Risk coverage on an international territorial basis, prior coverage generated a 4-tier-layered property insurance carrier program; our team found one internationally capable underwriter to accept the entire exposure.

Removal of $100,000 Work Comp Deposit:
Turnaround of Work Comp atmosphere securing 40% rate reduction outside of OR and CA assigned risk pools into a preferred market and removal of approximately $100,000 prior required deposit by designing and implementing "Safety Strategy" and OSHA compliance solutions.

Avoided Potential Leave Law Claim:
Because of modifications made to the client’s multi-state leave policies and supervisor training at both CA and OR locations, an employee’s claim of family/medical leave discrimination was dismissed by the state.

Casualty Premium Reduction of 49% - "Diamond in the Rough":
Client had been lumped together with operations affected by the terrible construction defect claim atmosphere.  Because of our risk-diagnostic process, we were able to better understand and accurately communicate to the insurance market their uniqueness and differentiation within the building materials industry; even though increasing umbrella from $2 to $10 million and adding Executive Management Liability coverage, our team achieved a reduction in premium through the establishment of a new carrier relationship.

Avoided Potential Sexual Harassment and Mental Disability Claim:
Through management training and proactive anti-harassment and ADA consultation, an employee’s threat of sexual harassment and potential mental disability exposure was successfully defused; employee left employer on satisfactory terms.
